2 large glasses of purified water
Juice of a fresh lemon lime or orange
1– 2 glasses of raw vegetable juice made with carrot celery, cabbage, apple, orange, lime, beets, ginger, fresh green herbs (such as parsley, mint, basil, coriander, lemon thyme, etc.)
1– 2 slices of red onion (optional)
Dilute juice with water or extra celery if you have a sensitive stomach
